Alhambra
In a word, amazing. The palace and gardens are unbelievable and it is easy to see how this palace was nominated for one of the seven wonders of the world. It is situated atop the city of Granada (not Grenada, the carribean island, as previously spelled) and the views from the palace are also incredible. I also love walking around the albayzin which is an old area of Granada with a lot of middle eastern influence. I have been loading up on kebabs there. Some interesting things about Granada, the days are very hot here but the nights are very cool, there is great public transport (i have never seen so many public buses) and there are are a lot of stray animals (so sad). I cannot write much more since I am off to Ibiza but promise to post pics on the rest of Spain next week.

I took about 600 pictures of the alhambra, not including film pictures.
